Scope and deliverables
Before starting a project, confirm the services, deliverables, schedule, review stages, and fees in a written agreement. A website enquiry starts a conversation; it does not define the scope of an engagement.
Project details to confirm
The project agreement should address feedback and approvals, revision rounds, changes to scope, payment milestones, asset licensing, ownership, handoff, and any support after launch. These details remain to be agreed for each engagement.
